Deerfield AFC, Inc. is a state licensed privately owned adult foster care home set on 5 beautifully wooded acres just outside of downtown Mount Pleasant, Michigan. We can accommodate up to 5 residents who are aged, handicapped, or have Alzheimer’s/dementia.
Having over a decade of experience working with the aging community, we understand the needs of seniors. Our family will care for you or your loved one in the same way we care for our own.
We understand each person experiences the aging process differently. Our low resident-to-staff ratio allows for an individualized approach to both the care we provide and the life enrichment activities we plan. Our goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment while helping our residents achieve the highest possible level of physical, social, and emotional independence.
